"Expérience gourmande fabuleuse. Nous y sommes allés pour notre anniversaire de mariage et le repas fut succulent. Le seul problème à être de trouver une place de parking dans les environs. Nous sommes arrivés avec plus de 45 mn de retard mais le service a été tout de même exemplaire. Les assiettes sont très bien garnies et la bourride de lotte thaï m’a conquise !! Mes souvenirs de voyage sont remontés grâce aux fabuleuses notes données à mon palais!! J’y reviendrai les yeux fermés. Je vous remercie a nouveau pour ce festin !!"

the amarette is an institution in the gard and especially to port camargue and reserve a table sometimes seems difficult. The service is friendly and efficient fish and even meats are of extreme quality. It is a gourmet restaurant that really worth the detour even if the site is not up and the decor deserves a good refreshment

The hearty foie gras was well presented and delicious. the back of the cod cooked perfectly with a risotto that could be more delicate, less "groan". beautiful cheese tray, very successful desserts...Rosé des sables sympa. quality service, cashing that can be improved...
