If I had to look for all the stars, I would look in the sky, definitely more likely to find them in this constellation of galaxies. After having done the Epicure, there is, undoubtedly, a need to reinvent oneself, the decoration, the cutlery, the table setting, the service, must imperatively dust themselves off. the cuisine is perfect, even if it can still be improved, but the stars in this profession can be fleeting. Getting up twice to use mineral water is not up to par with French gastronomy and service.

L’Ambroisie in Paris is a standout for fine dining. The ambiance is elegant and timeless, with service that’s top-notch—every guest feels special. The dishes are works of art, with top-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. Signature items like the puff pastry langoustines and roast pigeon are amazing, and the desserts are equally impressive. Prices reflect the luxury experience, but every penny feels worth it. It’s the kind of place where you’re paying for the whole package—food, service, and atmosphere. Overall, L’Ambroisie delivers an unforgettable dining experience perfect for special occasions.

I would like to thank Pascal, Steve and the whole staff for a wonderful evening and excellent food. Everyone worked as a team to provide a wonderful experience. When I read the negative reviews I just wonder how people can become so cynical and negative when presented with such a wonderful array of tastes and textures by such a professional, dedicated team. The blue lobster was amazing as was the chocolate cake both recommended by Pascal. Steven with his mastery of many languages and kind and friendly disposition made us feel right a home despite us not being French speakers. I highly recommend this restaurant and the wonderful staff who make it deservedly a three star restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen
