as always I had a great time in l’amour, great staff and wonderful cocktails. it is always great to come into a restaurant that is so in harmony with service!

Came here last year before the lockdown and loved the food. This time, howevver the food was not of the same standard- it lost the finesse and the flavour. Dissappointed.. Speisekarte ansehen

The food was scrumptious; typical French bistrot menu. Service was friendly and faultless. Everything was perfect as usual! Maybe one of the very few places where to find tartare....

The restaurant offers fantastic food at a reasonable price, with an excellent selection of wines. The owners provide excellent service and take the time to personally interact with customers.

We started with the snails, which were good. For the main course, I had a perfectly cooked steak, but my daughter found her dish a bit dry. We also ordered a side of green beans, which were overcooked. The desserts were delicious. Speisekarte ansehen

We visited the day after Valentine's Day this week and I think the restaurant suffers a bit a cat; some articles were not on the menu both food and wine and the restaurant was almost empty except ourselves and another table. The waiter was efficient and attentive, but the special 'Blanquette of Veal' was hard. We were disappointed as the reviews were good.

One might hope that a French restaurant would get basic French food well but this was not the case here. Further, many of the dishes on offer letter not French, in any event. All very disappointing. It is possible to cook superb food with good inexpensive ingredients, but it take care and attention to detail, both obviously lacking on the evening we visited.

A charming French restaurant in Fulham. They have a skilled French chef who prepares excellent local dishes, and the Parisian owners are friendly and knowledgeable about their wine selection. The pork terrine, onion jam, and onion soup were all delicious starters, as well as the lamb with couscous, garlic spinach, and fantastic fries. The unfiltered house Cotes du Rhone paired perfectly with the meal. We will definitely be returning. Speisekarte ansehen
