This was our first stop after we checked into our hotel and this really was a great way to kick off our trip. Each course was fun and interesting, and really well done. The discovery menu is worth it to get to try a bunch of different things. The servers were all very friendly and we'd highly recommend a stop here.

having booked we had no problems despite everyone waiting, we took a discovery menu that made us taste many dishes that were all more than correct. the service is young and dinamic, pleasant and listening during the desserts we had a little wait and we were offered a glass of wine. that was the highlight of my trip to paris. service and eating were spectacular! they were very accommodating for my vegan friend. kevin was an excellent server with thorough knowledge of eating and wine. the tasting menu at 150€ was a great value. I made myself feel comfortable full, as the patches and portion sizes were perfect.

a beautiful evening in a place with intimate and trendy decoration. The concept is top, we eat at a bar and therefore in permanent contact with the waiters, sommelier and with a direct view of the kitchens (if I wish it seems to me that there are also some classic tables.) we composed our menu and we were not disappointed. refined dishes of high quality. the wines were perfect as well. We wish to emphasize the high quality of the very pleasant and reactive service. The atmosphere is excellent, it feels and the guests are all present to have a good time.

the interest of the workshop comes from the concept that puts a lot on the service and the setting up of the room that allows to see the kitchens and to eat in a starred restaurant that is not guinded or pumpy. Don't expect a classic candlelit dinner. Needless to talk about the dishes, everything in the workshop is of the highest quality and thus necessarily extremely good. We had the chance to taste a menu tasting a dozen dishes without any false note and which was accompanied by wine particularly well chosen by the sommelier. servers are not in the rest, they are very professional, speak many languages and make you comfortable quickly. the price is high (see very high) but widely justified...
