"We stayed at this peaceful and pampering hotel for three nights in May. With considerable rain, the narrow unnumbered roads, and a good feeling about the hotel's culinary standards, we opted to stay in for dinner all three nights. The menu has limited choices, but changed each night. We were very pleased with our decision.The wait staff is young, earnest and suave if not completely experienced. The ambiance is informal French country chic. Someone has good taste in music as the background recordings vary from quiet jazz, new age to a bit of classical, all very tasteful and soothing. But we were here to dine, not to be cool. All of our dishes were attractive, tasty and employed ample local ingredients.The first night, there were only six diners. The second night that number quadrupled and the last night was nearly as busy as the previous. The first night there was one waiter who easily handled the thin crowd. There were four waiters the second two nights and they more or less kept everything on an even keel. No one was in a hurry and the overall experience was relaxed and fitting for a country hotel.The chef is equally talented with fish, fowl and meat for main courses. Starters and desserts are given careful attention. With supplements for several of the main dishes and a typical French mark up on wines, the meals are in the high moderate range and fairly valued for the quality of the meals. Just a few miles and worlds away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Honfleur, this is a very peaceful and attractive oasis for a fine, relaxing if not extraordinary meal. Non hotel guests are welcome, although in the minority."

"this Saturday of August 5 was little to be the good day, the entries arrived on our table while we had not finished our aperitives. The 1/2 lemons that accompanied my oysters were. How to say? partly brown, the waitress changed it to me immediately when I noticed him. for the accompaniment of the fish it was fries or vegetable ratatouille, when I asked for a little of the 2, the waitress told me that it was not possible. and to finish the white wine was warm, he left in the fridge for a few minutes, back on our table in time for the main dish."

"what could pass for a simple country hostel actually hides one of the best restaurants of the flowery coast. The owners are in small care to cook and serve tasty and simple dishes, sometimes inspired by the Argentine culture whose chef comes. empanadas, lomo argentina, dulce de leche await you there. a comfortable place where you take the time to live."

"rather small but very nice restaurant, nice staff. for me I was disappointed by the card that is too poor in choice of dirty pancakes (there must be 7 different pancakes in the complete pancakes ) but good I took the complete (ham, egg, cheese, salad and fresh cream ) it was very good. I still recommend this restaurant malgre la carte"

"Nous étions clients du restaurant, pas de l'hôtel. Extrêmement déçus par la cuisine... Courge crue en entrée, le cabillaud n'était pas non plus assez cuit, et ses légumes croquants l'étaient beaucoup trop... La cocotte de volaille n'avait de cocotte que la présentation, aucunement la cuisson... Et dans tout cela, à peu près aucun assaisonnement... Le tout pour 90€ pour 2, sans apéritif... Et aucun geste commercial à l'arrivée malgré l'expression de notre mécontentement. Bref très mauvaise expérience pour nous... c'est"
