"I'm a culinary critic. I went to this restaurant with a friend. When we came in, we were greeted by a smiling young girl who puts us at a table. the restaurant is a restaurant with a semi-gastro style, the decoration is elegant, sleek with beautiful chandeliers. Unlike what you might think, the restaurant is spacious, when we enter there is a room, a small bar, benches and beautiful armchairs, tables are wide, chair cushions are clean. Then there is a room to the bottom with carpet, many round tables for conviviality is perfect! It is the surprise effect, there is a kind of small living room very pretty, a little away and just as welcoming. this restaurant is really beautiful and well maintained. I went to check the cleanliness of the toilet and to have tested many restaurants I can say that the toilets are impeccable, very clean what is rare!the card is enough provided, there is the traditional beef tartare, rumsteak paved, cheeseburger, duck thigh confite etc. desserts are also varied. the price range for à la carte dishes and suggestions of the day is between 15 and 18 eur, for desserts it is between 6.50 eur and 8.50 eur. the wine map is satisfactory.I was tempted by a salmon needle and then a wok of gamba tails and finished with a green lemon sandbble. waitresses are very pleasant, they do what it takes to make the client happy, there is also a young server that seems just as pleasant. Managers seem friendly, I saw the manager fold in four to satisfy the customer's wish which is a good point. we see them running around the service. overall the staff is welcoming, professional, smiling. 10 minutes after placing an order, our entrance arrives, the dish is clean, well presented, about 4 or 5 salmon needles and slices of toasted bread my friend took the plate of grilled vegetables. The entrance was tasteful for us 2. After having quietly finished our entrances, our dish arrive 15 minutes after, the presentation is always beautiful, the contours of the plates are clean, we have changed the covers, it is appreciable, cleanliness is a slogan apparently in this restaurant, it is excellent. My wok of gamba tails was very good!I was very happy, my friend took a rumsteak pavement, cooking was perfect...but the fries are not superb, most of his fries were the small grilled tips, the fries' ends, not very pleasant to eat, he claimed others that were much better. You have to pay attention to the fries and not put the fries. for dessert we were really satisfied, my lime sablé was succulent, it's a Breton palet with lime cream, really good, I loved it. My friend took a shotamisu at the amaretto that was light, not too sweet, really good!The presentation was perfect. We're done with a coffee. The olive bistro is a spacious place with a sleek, warm, elegant, clean, it's the perfect place for business lunches but also with family, friends, couple. the dishes its tasteful, well presented and of good quality. staff and managers are welcoming, smiling and professional. The products are home which is also rare to betting or island france. I recommend this restaurant you will not regret it, it is a good choice. I'll be back."
