The beef on the square is a must-have address for me when I go by the boat. dishes are of quality, rich and refined. the service is attentive and the restful decor.

What matters is in the plate. fresh and quality products. Just cooked as you need. On the welcome, nothing to say, we're home. in warm winter and summer in the back, in closed terrace. the top! in my eyes one of the best addresses on pessac!

This is frequented primarily by the locals. We stopped for lunch and had the best Caesar salad with chicken ever. It included superb cheeses. The portion was quite large. Ambiance on the umbrella covered patio was delightful. Service was excellent.

this restaurant in the center of pessac is held with great seriousness by his boss Bruno-Paul and the whole team. The service is irreproachable, the many waitresses are at your small care and the boss goes from table to table to worry about your well-being. The decor is enriched by works of art that alone deserve the detour. In the plate everything is there to make your taste buds fall apart. my preference goes to the red tuna grilled at the planecha and its purée of potatoes to the garlic... a feast that we don't get tired!!! the wine map offers a great diversity and is rarely disappointed.
