We found this place by chance as we walked through toulouse, fantastic food for very little money. menus from 10 to 15 € with dish, dessert and coffee.

Have been her a few times and found the bar service/waiting staff average enough but after calling in the other night have decided I definitely won't go back. Bar closes at 2am and called in recently with a friend at 1.30am and asked for a cocktail. He looked at me as if I was crazy.
