"I don't put 5 stars in service. As indicated in other comments, the service is very long. We were the second table in the restaurant, so there was no one and the servers were doing the 100 steps instead of coming to take our aperitif. Even for the different dishes afterwards, and it's a shame because the frame is splendid, a decor fell to the ground in the toilet, the map is widened, and the taste of the dishes very good. I highly recommend this restaurant, but it would be really good if something was done on the room service."

Always so much fun coming back to Caseus. Very friendly, efficient staff. Tasty dishes, not to mention the decoration... Just a marvel.... Only memories since the opening of this establishment... The Stammtich... The fun games... thanks Michel... I think I'm part of the furniture.

First of all the reception was very cold, we were headed in the room knowing we were not even asked for our opinion (the terrace was opened and there was plenty of room) then, the time was 30 min for two flambée treatises. at the end during the check the boss wasn't smiling about a good night at the start. I mean, really bad night.

Beautifully decorated place for Christmas. It's magic! The dishes are the reflection of the Alsace as we love it! The service is fast and the servers are very pleasant. 2 small flats however, one can not change the munster for another cheese in a dish, explanation of the waitress not to spoil the cook! The gentleman at the crate was remote with the customers who came to pay. We want to understand that checking the passes is an extra charge for you, but we customers, we also suffer the sanitary constraints.
