"Restaurant was recommended to us, we arrived around opening time (19.00 h.) at the restaurant and needed to wait a bit. After about a quarter of an hour we were seated at a table outside on the terras near the restaurant entrance-door (we were offered no choice) without a view. So we didn’t see the spectacular view as described.Looking at the menu we chose the menu TER ou MER ( 22 euro ), with red house wine (côtes du Rhone).Le Presse au poisson au caviar de courgette with crumbled olive and parmesanThe dish looked great but was highly disappointing. The flavor very flat, not well seasoned , the crumbled part was hardly recognizable in taste.Melon au Porto dans tous son etatsThe melon (Cantaloupe) was good, with smoked ham and cream with porto.As main course we chose L’idée du chef’, which was veal. The meat , not seasoned at all, cooked ok, with as side dish pommes de terre gratinées and tomatoes with rosemarinFor dessert we chose the Charlotte. It was served in a glass, like a trifle.Biscuit (or cake?) was the first layer, then abricote compote and on top vanilla-bavarois. For us it was not a traditional charlotte with again a very flat taste, except for the apricots, which were delicious.Conclusion: very average food, glad we didn’t take the more expensive 40 euro menuThe waiter was very friendly, the spectacular view we only saw on the parking lot, but it would definitely not have made up for the dinner."

"owner super nice report quality incomparable price of excellent products. I wanted a sandwich to eat quickly before working it doesn't do it but instead I got chicken and tagliatelle forest sauce for only 9€ and more as I was pressed it makes it to me. The chicken was excellent the tagliatelle more than good and the sauce a pure tuerie all its with bread if you pass in the corner I really recommend it you would not surely be disappointed the best place to eat in the corner and the prices are more than honest and of very good quality. ps the guy is alone and even as his I was served in less than 20 minutes fast and efficient service."

"lle domain welcomes the visitor with charm. the staff shows themselves in unison throughout our presence. The room is bright and tastefully. as will be the dishes that will delight our palace. our choice is on the spring menu: remarkable Breton lobsters, green asparagus, yellow of our confit eggs and juice land and sea, in the entrance, sweet crane of milk veal slowly cooked at the jumper, liqueured colonnata, bits of stuffed country and fevettes in main dish, shiny chartering soufflé hot to the lique without forgetting the mouth and delicious mini cakes to accompany the coffee. a lot of subtlety in the treatment of perfect products, seduction without provocation, great accuracy of cooking. Nice work, Mr. Girardon, we'll be back with happiness!"

"My wife and I had Sunday lunch here at this delightful restaurant in Talloires overlooking Lake Annecy and the marina. We had a superb table enabling us to watch the water sports, the boats gently bobbing at their moorings and one emergency landing hang glider!! Plus a vintage car visiting. The food is the star of the show here served by well trained staff who know what they are doing. To start we had a superb lobster Caesar salad, the like of which I have not tasted before. The dressing, subtle cheese hints, large pieces of lobster and freshness of the ingredients were absolutely top notch. For main course I had a grilled cockerel and my wife had Iberian pork. The cockerel was so tender it fell apart under the knife and had a superb sauce with it whilst the pork was of such fine texture it barely needed chewing. We finished off with a rich chocolate mousse of generous proportions. This is cooking at the high end and you won’t be disappointed with either the food or the view here. At €138 for two not including drinks, we thought it was excellent value for money. Oh, happily the hang glider pilot was ok, but it looked pretty dangerous for a few minutes."

"Cuisine intéressante, belle salle, par contre la serveuse pas top (petite et forte). Elle m'a servi un pinte de IPA pas bien bien fraîche alors que j'avais commandé une blonde du pilat. Pas de souci ça arrive de se tromper, simplement demandé un échange avec la même quantité, mais elle m'a pris pour un con en me disant que c'était bien la blonde du pilat. Hors je connais bien la blonde du pilat. Bref elle a continuer à mentir. Personnellement je trouve que c'est grave. C'est comme si vous commandez un burgeur poulet et qu'on vous ramène une burgeur bœuf, vous verrez directement que la couleur n'est pas la même et ensuite le goût de fait aucun débat. Bref c'est pas parce qu'on est mal dans sa peau ou qu'on doit faire tourné un stock qu'il faut arnaquer les gens. N'étant pas du tout amateur de IPA j'ai laissé le tiers de la pinte en partant.
