at the foot of the castle of peyrepertuse, this small stage welcomes in a friendly way the tourist who has just climbed and then descended from the mountain. fast service, economic rates. dish from day to 10-13 euros, bavette or entrecôte, fries, salad, hamburger, etc. the meat is served as requested. small wine in very correct pichete. we appreciate these tourist establishments, of course, but which respect the client.

children's menus are very good for 7 euros (sirop, several choices of meat, fries, salad, ice cream). the menu of the day adults is good (bavette frite salad wine.) the tables are in the shade. the great plus of the place is service: two smiling waitress, alert and fast. dessert being a little delayed, it took the trouble to come and warn us (for the last about 10 min between dish and dessert.) very good address after the visit of the nearby castle.

we confirm that the place is pleasant (table in the shade). It's really cheap for what's proposed. We took a shepherd salad, a complete cake, a cathare spread and a child menu. Nothing to say. generous and very good salad, child menu plate with a "for child" plate. The only negative point: the slowness of the service. We waited a lot after our dish. We weren't in a hurry but still. The addition was on the top: €2.5 a beer, €1.8 a water syrup, a menu at €10 (bavette, fries, salad and glass of wine.)
