Super welcoming atmosphere- like walking into your local but friendlier. Staff are great and food was phenomenal have the special- trust me it’s amazing.

Excellent service, great staff and very nice hostess! Great pizza's and burgers. Sticky toffee cake and the banana/coconut pizza were fantastic. Highly recommended

The food here is always superb. Tony creates amazing specials, the mexican street food tortillas and panacotta and popcorn dessert today were amazing. The ruby murry curry pizza is a firm favourite.

Have been here many times, never a problem to get us a table, never a problem to accommodate the fussy child. Food always great and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Thanks again for a wonderful Christmas pizza! Absolutely perfect.

Had a wonderful dinner this evening. We decided to order off the specials board and it didn't disappoint,we had a beautiful duck dish and fish and chips. The waitress was very attentive and friendly thank you for making us so very welcome in a busy...restaurant.

We have been here a few times and it’s consistently offered great food and they vary the menu and have some superb dishes on. Always delicious! A change from being offered the same cheese, ham and potato dishes that many of the others in the...village seem to stick to. Hors Piste is good value and the cocktails are as tasty as the food.

We’ve already eaten twice at this restaurant this week, and come back every year we visit Chatel. It is a small, cosy place, very welcoming and serves excellent food. We particularly enjoyed the chilli burger with guacamole and home made chips. You do need to...make a reservation, but don’t worry about phoning ahead (as I do the owner is English (I think) and the French staff speak excellent English. I was pleased to see they check the COVID passes.

Lovely restaurant!!! This place is defiantly worth a visit!! Friendly staff, Home made food! What more could you ask for?? The Dutch waitress (sorry can’t remember her name) was absolutely fantastic, new the type of food in and out and very knowledgable. The lady behind...the bar was also very friendly and helpful. We came here on our first night and found it fully booked, we booked for the following day and were not disappointed!! Defiantly booking a table is a good idea as it is very popular!! Thanks again all involved and as a team serve a great product!!

We always try and eat here when we visit Châtel. With the rules now about social distancing Le Hors Piste was ideal as there is an outdoor eating area in the pretty heart of town. The tables were well spaced out and you need to...wear a mask until you’re seated, so we felt comfortable eating here. I had stuffed courgette flowers ..who knew you could do such a thing? Partner opted for an Italian style pizza, with just the right amount of toppings. Looked like you could eat a takeaway pizza outside downstairs too. Great bottle of Malbec to wash it all down with.
