Very good cuisine, excellent chablis. A lesser star because the service was very slow when we had lunch.

Nice setting, but on the plates a bit of disillusionment with the price of the menu 34€, no finesse, we serve you coffee without getting dessert

For a first experience in a restaurant in Chablis and well we are not disappointed at all even see extremely surprised! Very beautiful frame in a cellar, menu with choice and excellent, really! Sauce even has a taste of coming back and hihi! The wine was as good. A very pleasant waitress, smiling and especially a very appreciable fast service! We're back for the new card. Thank you.

I don't understand this place. White wine aged from 35 euros, but accompanied by a cheap bistro cuisine. The wines are great! The food is very bad... Service needs a little education. Don't go here for food, it's just horrible. Too salty, medium means raw and cancel your desert means, give it right after my main dish. Who comes directly from the refrigerator, no personal touch. Sorry, but it wasn't oke. Raffinement et charme en tout point dans ce lieu unique chargé d'histoire. De la beauté des caves voûtées du 8ème siècle à la qualité des produits proposés à table, un sans faute. Pour le bonheur du palais, émotion particulière pour le Chablis 1er cru 2003 Vaillon avec un élevage de 10 ans parfaitement intégré et équilibré, une belle robe soyeuse et délicate et un nez de rosée automnale quand le soleil apparaît timidement derrière le brouillard de Bourgogne. L'accueil de l'hôtesse fut d'une élégance rare, certainement inspirée par celle du Seigneur des lieux, Daniel-Étienne Defaix, homme d'honneur, amoureux de sa région et du patrimoine qui sait allier comme peu de monde l'acte à la parole....
