I enjoyed the eco-responsablility that is present in the facility. Perfect hotel for a stay in Chablis, very close to the centre on foot. Very good performance. The restaurant is expensive, however.

Nice weekend, but big problem in the bed (2 single bunk beds) super for a nose weekend. Shower level the broken shower apple hook. For our special love formula, 1 bottles and chocolate offered each day, obliged to remind them, otherwise super nice, pleasant staff. I recommend for a weekend

Menu at 30€. Plat Dessert entrance. This restaurant is not a gourmet. Asparagus and smoked trout — not seasoned at all, it’s pretty fade, mounting the rather missed plate. Duck Magret, cooked bcp and meat too hard and not tasteful. Clafoutis aux cherries, comme le magret, c’est sur cuit... plus cela n’a rien d’un clafoutis mais rather un cake avec 3 cherries. The first vintage chablis at 40€ was very good! Service ok but without more, additionalem paid at the hotel counter. Anyway, not a great experience, we were disappointed!

A negative note comes in my experience. I learn that the price on the phone is different from that of the counter. I had to pay 116€ for the evening stage as agreed by phone and I have the surprise of the receptionist who announces to me in the morning 126€ because I had a comfort room (higher comfort I am still looking). We're talking about €10, it's a shame because a tourist trip had crossed my mind.

Very well located, close to downtown and Chablis cellars. varied breakfast and good value for money. The restaurant is very good too, we would have liked to eat there every day but lack of variety in the map. The wine menu offers a very wide selection of good wines. The only small flat we raise is the bed of the standard room too small given the price of this room. A 160 bed would have been appreciated. We went there for a weekend with Monday holidays... Almost everything is closed in the city on Sunday and Monday. That's a shame. We will return to this region with pleasure.
