"Wow! They made us wait ... we hadn't booked and it was packed. When we we allocated a seat we could see why. El Taller has amazing staff and excellent chefs. Master Chef on steroids! Each plate was beautifully presented with a range typical of...French restaurants, but this was first class. Staff were exceptional and catered for all our needs with great efficiency. Will go back again."

"We have come to Villefranche-de-Conflent to see the caves and we have taken advantage to eat here. the very friendly staff and the small but cozy place. the letter is written by hand and completely in French, so it costs to understand and gives rise to confusion. the 4 we asked for things from the letter thinking they were all crepes (the title of the letter was crepes), but to our surprise they only brought a salted crepe, the other 3 were salads with small pieces of crepes. a disappointment. But the truth was all rich. dessert we order 2 sweet creps to share 2 to 2, one of great sailors and one of candy with salt butter, very rich both."

"Attention, the alchemist is not a conventional restaurant with a extension card. The boss explained his concept to us: sandwiches, croque-monsieurs, salads. possibly a main dish. all this, with fresh and tasteful products, at reasonable prices. the boss doesn't even force on the wine price. the reception was very nice. We've had fun! Good pursuit to the young leader and thank you to beautiful-maman who took care of the service! and establishment to be recommended! Reservation required because the number of tables is limited."
