Pleasantly surprised by the real corsican touch to the menu. Reasonably priced, friendly staff The 'Cafe gourmand' is a must and 'greedy' describes it well!

Had dinner with the family here. Location was great, food ok but the service was chronically appalling. On the plus side if you want to find out what really **** service is then head along.

Eventually waiter came to take order, then within seconds turned around and served someone else and didn't come back. Waited a few more minutes without even a drink order being taken...walked out. French waiters at their worst. Speisekarte ansehen

Excellent Corsican restaurant with excellent dishes. We visited it three times for dinner, the food was always very tasty. There are always a lot of people, so make a reservation. The service was excellent, with the only remark that sometimes the meals come very slowly.

More of a quick lunch than an long lingering event, but it was perfectly fine for the moment. We each got salads and found them substantial with lots of sausages in the Corsican Salad and lots of calamars in the eponymous salad. Officially the whole area is a terrace, so you are at risk of smoke exposure, but we were lucky.

This place is located in an area with lots of restaurants. Over four days, we had the chance to try out three of them, and this one was on par with the others. Not anything super fancy, but everything was fresh, fairly tasty, and service was pretty fast. We had burgers and burrata salad - all good. Dinner for a family of five.We decided to get ice cream afterwards so just went for mains - omelette, margarita pizza, fish, Corsican salad and risotto.The risotto and the fish were excellent - top notch. The salad was good, a mix of cured meats, greenery and cheese. The pizza was on par with most similar places while the omelette was an acquired taste. Not bad, just different and didn't work for kids.Better as a date night spot, suggest picking the specials and avoiding standard fare.

We were celebrating a 30th and when I tell you they pulled out all the stops!!!! Rarely do you get service of this high quality. Not only did the birthday boy get the most ridiculously delicious desert for free the 4 of us enjoyed a free bottle of champagne. Every SINGLE member of staff came out to wish him a happy birthday. The owner /manager came and sat with us. Just incredible. The food was out of this world delicious for all 4 of us dining there. Friends and I consulted TA for a recommendation for lunch near our current location. Le Rendez-vous came up as the best in the area. We were lucky, it was 12:15 so we easily secured a table. Half hour later, there was a line up.We ate on the terrace and eventhough it wasn't very hot that day, the glass enclosed patio made it feel like summer. Forum des Cardeurs is a lovely place surrounded by restaurants. Great atmosphere.The food is excellent. We had a pizza, salad and the risotto all of which were excellent. Probably one of the best risottos I've had on this trip. The portions are generous (the 3 of us couldn't finish the aforementioned selections). The desserts looked very good but unfort...
