"Located in the 4th borough of Paris "The Rusti ' ' is an Italian restaurant that offers without any pretension some simple pasta-based dishes, in different forms (tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi… . We went as a family and took different dishes: they were all very tasty. I personally recommended “el pollo alla Milanese”. The plate is composed of breaded chicken and tagliatelle with a tomato sauce. It was really delicious! The staff is really welcoming and nice. The service was fast, and the dishes were copious just as it was necessary. This small and vintage restaurant, hidden between the appartements’ doors is perfect to eat in full privacy away from the stressful streets of Paris. The room has not a specific decoration, except the wall with some pictures of the famous Italian actresses from the 50’s, but the small library with books concerning Italy and its culture immerses us immediately in the atmosphere Mathilde"

This is a welcoming restaurant with a lunch menu that is fairly reasonably priced. Out of the four things we ate, three were fine to good. However the risotto was a tasteless flop I’m afraid. Luckily they give you parmesan and that coupled with salt and pepper made it edible. So if you avoid the risotto you should be fine, as the pasta was tasty and the roast vegetable starters nice and fresh. Portions are generous.
