"So, the range of sandwiches on offer are really good here. And the coffee is good too, and not served in stupidly small cups either. On a weekday it's a pretty nice place to be, particularly sitting by the window. However, at the weekend you're unlikely to ever find a space at lunchtime, and outside (on whatever day of the week you go) unfortunately tends to attract homeless people, who either come and sit down next to you, or walk past and beg you for money. Yes, I know this is a middle class problem, but unfortunately most people, being honest, don't want to take their friends to a place where you're sat next to a tramp. The staff do absolutely nothing about this either. I know they can't do much about beggars walking past, but they can be stricter on moving them on if they sit down at the outside tables. It's for that reason I now tend not to visit this place much."

As per title good coffee here, nice staff, gets busy but usually a seat somewhere. Great for watching the market and reading a book

This is a really genuin deli and coffee shop. You can either have a genereous cappucino or eat some yummie quiches or buy goodies home to eat. Or all of that. If you don’t enjoy a cramped place, don’t go.

Very busy cafe deli and this on a day when Broadway Market was not running but I found pleasant service, decent coffee and a chatty mix of customers. Good range of predominately French and Italian deli products Speisekarte ansehen

I really enjoy this restaurant! They serve delicious artisan coffee in a relaxed atmosphere with great music and decor, located in the vibrant Broadway Market area. The only drawback is that it can get quite busy, and sometimes you may have to wait for a seat.

A buzzy place full of great food and deli with staff that seemed to enjoy being there. We ordered from the blackboard and they bought our delicious food to the small tables outside. Constantly asked for 'change guvnor ' from passers by did not add to out enjoyment but I guess that 's to be expected. The food was very tasty and the coffees were great. A real find

This place used to be great. Now it's really crowded, waiting times are ridiculous and the staff is rude. I paid £5.5 for a dead sandwich with a slice of cheese and two leaves. This is always toasted and when they gave it to me cold they just said the toaster is broken. I said they should have told me when I ordered and the waitress just rolled her eyes and turned around. I bought cheese from this stall a few times now: the quality is OUTSTANDING. I love cheese and their selection is a dream come true, it is difficult to pick a favourite as everything is so delicious and full of flavour. The prices are very reasonable and the young man in charge of the stall is knowledgable, attentive and charming. Cannot get enough of their cheese, will be back again and again and again..

"A friend and I stumbled on to this neighbourhood restaurant by chance; no research, no booking, no expectations. We were then blown away by the quality of the food: wonderfully fresh fish, beautifully cooked. The service is also exemplary. I've always enjoyed calamari, but this was by far the best I've ever had: truly succulent and juicy. The mussels were almost as good, and the sea bream kept up the standard. The spiced quince with ice cream made a nice change from baclava in a Turkish restaurant (they still threw in some baclava). The owner, Tony, provides excellent recommendations — make sure you take them! He knows what's fresh that morning, and how his wife cooks it. The bill comes hand-written, and Tony forgot to include the wine (obviously I corrected him). I can't remember the last time a restaurant bill made a mistake in the customers' favour! No service charge is included, and it deserves a lot more than the usual 12.5%. This is a wonderful, old-fashioned restaurant, run by a charming old couple, committed to maintaining old-fashioned standards. The food is more than great and the prices more than reasonable. Service is personal, honest and responsive (providing Tony turns his hearing aid on). Tony warns you if anything you wanted was bought in, rather than home-made. Why don't unassuming but wonderful restaurants like this get Michelin stars?"
