The restaurant has a charming, modern atmosphere in a unique setting. The staff is friendly and the menu offers a variety of affordably priced dishes. The portion sizes are generous and everything is cooked perfectly.

We had a wonderful evening with our family at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was very pleasant. The prices for both the food and drinks were reasonable. We also enjoy going there with our bowling team.

Went for tea had liver which was lovely and pink, creamy mash and crisp veg. Pate starter lovely toast great pate and fresh salad. Good size too. My partner had the beef snd stilton pie, again good amount of chunky tasty beef. All staff were pleasant attentive and helpful. Speisekarte ansehen

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the staff is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Our party of 8 adults and 4 children had our meals served promptly and all at the same time. The food was delicious, and we found this place to be a hidden gem. I highly recommend it.

We came here a few weeks ago, we returned because the food was that good, we both got the same again , the fish pie here is fab !!! Service from the waitresses is great, and the manager is very attentive. just an alround nice atmosphere and fab food for a good price, Definitely one of our new favourite places to eat.

We have been here so many times and always return as the food is good, the staff are friendly and attentive, the indoor eating area is lovely. It's also dog friendly and on certain nights there is live music. On warmer days the outside eating area is really pretty, lovely view of the canal, lots of flowers for the bees and butterflies, and the children will enjoy the play area. Speisekarte ansehen

Had a nice time with friends at the Leigh Arms on Friday evening. We all enjoyed the food. My gluten-free fish, chips and peas was lovely, compliments to the chef for the really nice crispy gluten-free batter. The atmosphere was good, helped along by the nice Irish waiter. The only thing that let the evening down was the red house wine. These days house wine is usually good, not like years ago, but this seemed really cheap, so ‘thin’ it was see-through. At the prices charged these days I expect better.

We've all been to places where the gluten free options are minimal and boring. Not so here, especially the desserts. So often I am offered ice cream or sorbet but there was a great choice. My mains was really lovely Tai style chicken kebabs, but there was choice and I will have to return to try other options. A carrot and ginger cake followed with dairy free ice cream. The atmosphere is in restaurant is relaxed and it wasn't too noisy even though it was full. The tables are well spaced so that we couldn't hear other peoples conversations. We were served quickly by helpful and friendly staff. We will return.

We visited the pub as a family of 8 and were welcomed straight away. We hadn’t booked a table but on arrival this did not seem to be a problem as the staff re jigged a few tables around to accommodate us which was appreciated. We ordered our food and unfortunately one of the children in our family was sick all over the table. The staff were brilliant and quickly grabbed a bucket and moved us to a new table so they could clean up. They checked in a few times during our visit to make sure he was ok and if there was anything they could do, we could not fault the staff whatsoever.
