"This deli is close to work and so I've been a few times, the food is always lovely. Freshly prepared and a little different from your usual sandwich shop. The service however is ridiculous. It takes about 20 minutes every time you go. The staff generally don't have a clue how to make what you ask for (even though it's on their own menu), they often wander around aimlessly behind the counter as though they're lost. The last time I went I asked for a jacket potato with chilli (not cheap at £4.50) the salad it came with consisted of a table spoon on lettuce and a slice of tomato. It was luke warm because the woman that made it forgot to put it in the microwave. There was a lady in front of me that was asked what she wanted and then had to shout up because the person serving basically forgot to make her sandwich and started serving someone else. In summary, lovely food, horrendous service every time"

Leans is great place to call in to get a lunch to eat in queens gardens! A peaceful , relaxing lunch with excellent, fresh, home cooked food. Reasonable prices . Great staff.

so beautiful to find a load in which not every filling is covered in mayonnaise as I don't like it, all we had was great, beautiful and fresh good portions and not cheap fillings. lovingly prepared and really nice delicious eating very recommended will certainly immerse when we are in the opposite

had the chicken dinner baked pack for lunch today. absolutely amazing full to the max with huh, speck, sausage, filling cranberry and gravy. all homemade genuine food, recommended to work together, all got one and was amazed, we are all back on Monday for another! and the staff is really friendly and polite .... well made kingstons deli
