"My experience in this place was both magnificent and marked by an exceptional service from an adventurous and smiling staff. Our aperitives, accompanied by a verrin, were succulent, but unfortunately, our entries and dishes left us on our hunger, despite the old effort and time invested. It's a shame because I'm convinced that the choice of dishes was not the best. To illustrate my remarks, the entrance to the Saint-Jacques nuts and the mango was nicely presented, but it lacked dynamism. There was a zest of lemon, a hint of pepper or piquant to balance flavours. The main dish, fresh pasta, was not quite high, being slightly too pasty, and the Saint-Jacques nuts were not sufficiently seasoned. I would like to point out that it was not bad, but that there was an untapped potential. My intention is not to criticize to harm, but rather to contribute to continuous improvement. I would also like to note that the rate was relatively high, and if the kitchen had been excellent, I would not have noticed these points."

With the salts, no false notes, the restaurant is a safe value in Chalons en Champagne. Meat, fish are of quality. The accompaniments, small legumes too. As for desserts, we have the impression that they come out of a patissier! Anyway, we get out of this satisfied restaurant!!
