A pleasant surprise at the end of the trip. A good restaurant with friendly and fast service. Inside the most practical hotel in Paris.

This is not budget. But you get what you pay for. Excellent service, absolutely first quality dishes and a small oasis from the hustle and bustle of the airport. An unexpected gem of superb dining.

we were, the order was taken pretty quickly, however one of the guests received his main dish very late while the rest of the tab was finished. not an excuse word even after claiming three times with "yes it comes" as an answer! Speisekarte ansehen

How disappointment. Everything was over salted. The presentation was pretty but not good at all. A shame because you are stuck if you are at the Sheraton and want a meal. They have gone downhill since my last visit about a year ago.

I am not sure this restaurant was in france. I had a steak tartare, which was clearly not made in house, and dry fries, which, weirdly had all the same shape and size.... I was expecting more of a star hotel. This was my...last meal in France, and also the worst. Sad

Service disaster, with 40 minutes to serve the food from when we sat down. The bread tongs, for decoration. To bring us a bottle of water ... no case. The waiter hasn't answered in 15 minutes...and all this being a Sheraton restaurant. Not recommendable at all, despite being the only restaurant in the airport outside of fast food. The service here is unacceptable; actually there was no service. As a solo woman on Sat June around none of the male waiters appeared to want to serve me: None came to take my order, or give me water, bread, etc. Even the...male guest sitting next to me asked if I had had my order taken after I was sitting there for and I had clearly put my menu down on the table to signal that I was ready to order. Finally a woman waiter came to my table. When I asked for the cocktail menu she had to go to someone to ask about it. One star is actually too many. Horrible service. For an airport restaurant and at the Sheraton Hotel specially, I would have expected at least one person could speak decent English. For dinner brought me only part of my order (forgot rice that came with the...meal), then when asked if the menu has changed, I got my rice after I finish the rest of the dinner. I guess they expected for me to eat the rice all by itself. When I have told them I don’t need it anymore they insisted to put it on my table just so I can be charged the full amount for the meal. while staying at the Sheraton hotel, I preferred to go to the restaurant, because I do not like the crowd of the airport breweries. the reception is correct, the frame is a little dated, but the tables are spaced and the sanitary protection measures are ensured with rigor.
