Eating on the terrasse, below the castle of Castelnau, overlooking the Dordogne valley, is a real treat! Pizzas and mixed salads are excellent and the service very friendly.

We're having fun. very professional and very friendly staff despite the bad weather (tempest) where they have wonderfully adapted. It's a pity that we were pressed by the rain because we would have stayed a little more on the terrace. Tasty and hearty cuisine, don't hesitate.

Called on spec as we were passing around lunch time. We were offered a table outside under a shade with lovely views over the countryside. We opted for pizza as we had eaten a lot of rich local meals and they were excellent with thin...crispy base and lots of quality toppings. Staff were polite and efficient .

Come by chance to the castle of castelnau with my companion we didn't, booking fees, also to eat in the village. We were very well received by the sewers and ate a very good salad of foie gras and magret watered with a coffee of 75cl pecharmant 2 of what to remember for the visit of the castle.
