Quiet and very pleasant terrace, the very pro service and the chef does very well the craft (supreme of excellent pintade, for my wife, and for me, calf with unstable ceps). Our children and we have a very pleasant time. How to say... it's fun.

Saint Maximin is a pretty small village located in the Uzege (duchy of Uzes). Restaurant located in the center of the village with a terrace overlooking the street (very little traffic). The welcome is very warm, the chef comes to see you... at the level of dishes, presentation at the top (entrances, dishes and desserts) and taste succulent. A great moment of happiness.
