Very nice place to try food. Food is Amazing. Staffs are polite with good gesture start to end.

Great Turkish restaurant with delicious food. The hummus and babaganoush came with toasted pita and our kebabs were tender and well roasted. Would definitely recommend coming here for a more intimate outing

The Calamari and chicken wings are delicious, the chilli sauce is also very good. The rice is amazing, so is the chicken shish. The Lamb Beyti was the best dish I tried. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area and like Turkish/Mediterranean food. Speisekarte ansehen

We found ourselves in need of some comfort food after a tough day, and hearing so many great things about this restaurant, we decided to give it a try. It definitely lived up to the hype! The staff was incredibly accommodating for our large group, and the menu was so diverse that we felt truly spoiled for choice with all the delicious options available.

We stopped by for a late Sunday lunch and were warmly welcomed by the attentive waitstaff. The service and food were better than ever. We enjoyed the liver and shrimp as starters, and then tackled the lamb, which was, as always, exceptional. A high-quality house white wine made the meal even more enjoyable. All we had to do before leaving was to book our next visit!

Liman is a restaurant I will visit again and introduce new people to. The decor is calming, the music is chilled and the staff are pleasant. The food is tasty and the meat is succulent Slight let down was that they never had chicken wings. Seating by the door can get cold but staff do try their best to keep it warm with the heating above the door. Either way I would visit again. Speisekarte ansehen

Nestled just around the corner from the lively Chapel Market in Islington and a quick five-minute walk from Angel Tube, you'll find this charming Turkish restaurant. Named "Liman," which means port in Turkish, the eatery features a delightful nautical theme, complete with a compass painted on one wall. The space is cozy and inviting, adorned with lovely dried flower arrangements and quirky wall decorations that add to its cheerful atmosphere.

Liman is one of the best Turkish restaurants I’ve experienced. Excellent quality and variety of food, fresh and cooked to perfection, with good portion sizes. The ambiance is good and the seating well distributed so you’re not on top of other guests. The restaurant is always clean and consistent. Service is ok and the maître D is reserved but in control. They are very accommodating with times, numbers and children. I have been here many times and am yet to find something on the menu that wasn’t pleasing. I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially fans of Mediterranean cuisine.

What a fantastic dining experience! We visited the restaurant for our festive team lunch and we were all blown away. The hospitality is second to none, we were met and greeted by a lovely hostess who offered to take our coats and showed us our table which was perfectly set for our tasting menu. The service was impeccable from start to finish with strong attention to detail. The food was what one would expect from a high class restaurant, freshness, presentation, taste, temperature, choice of crockery etc. were all top class.
