"The service was good, but I mentioned that I only wanted Yorkshire puddings and roasts since I don’t like vegetables. Unfortunately, the dinner lacked flavor altogether. Additionally, I was charged an extra £2 for additional roasts and Yorkshire puddings that I didn't request. I'm very disappointed, but I must say the cup of tea was lovely."

I just had the best burger I've ever had in my 43 years of life! It was homemade and truly exceptional. Hats off to the chef!

Haven't stayed here, but had meals in the restaurant. 4 meals ordered, 3 out of the 4 were not the best, offered us something else but didn't want to wait another half hour or more. offered us a free drink, no thank you.

On the main road, a couple of miles from New Quay beach making it a great location. Rooms are bigger , nice tidy toilets/showers. Breakfast is very good and Michale at breakfast is very kind snd helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

Michelle and her staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where clean, tidy and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing and the evening meal was fantastic. The Italian burger was outstanding! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly, Great value

"What a lovely place the Blue Bell bistro is. Visited a couple of times during our stay in New Quay. Popped in for coffee and cake with the dog during the day, dogs are welcome downstairs. Back for dinner upstairs which has a lovely atmosphere. Food was fabulous and the service was great too. Catered well for gluten free options too. Fab cocktails too and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend a visit."

"Please show some love for this restaurant! A group of five of us dined here on Tuesday, August 8th, and we were excited to hear that it had recently been taken over, offering fresh, home-cooked Italian classics on the menu. It did not disappoint! You can really tell when a chef is passionate about their food—he came around to check on the diners, and he was such a lovely man. The whole sea bream was absolutely divine, cooked to perfection, and every dish was crafted with the same love and attention, even the kids' meals. Please give this place a try; they truly deserve to grow their business. Unlike other places that serve microwave-ready frozen meals, this restaurant cares about quality and not just profits. I will definitely be back. Well done, chef!"

"I read about this place before we arrived and I had it in my mind that I would get the seafood platter despite how long the queue was and how bad the weather. As it happened, thankfully, the Mrs queued for me instead whilst I reserved a seating area nearby. My food was fresh, right out the fryer. It was hot and crispy and was definitely worth the £12 price tag. My Mrs had the cod and chips, the fish was delicate and the batter crisp. The chips themselves were tasty too. If you are in the area then I definitely recommend The Lime Crab "
