We wanted to come and have a drink before eating, the boss pointed out that it was the staff break and that normally at 6:00 p.m., they no longer accepted anyone before 7:00 p.m., but she was very kind and made an exception. We were replaced at another table when we wanted to eat, the waiter was very kind, and the food was very good (we took a terrine of times fat in the entrance, lamb and a sort of plate cassoulet (he has a specific name in the region I no longer remember) and in cheese/dessert: necessarily the rocamadour.
