"I offered my grandparents a meal with a white bird. They were disappointed by all their meals, including an intolerable mistake for a two-star restaurant: while they receive their dish (leotte and vegetables), the waiters lift the bell and surprise, no fish. Probably an error in the kitchen but the waiters came back from the kitchen with the lotte in a plate ... The least thing would have been to take the plates back and work them back in the kitchen. I have never seen this in a star. No excuse, no gesture was made at the end of the meal. It’s very bad, it doesn’t make you want to go back. However, special mention for the sommelier who clearly managed to secure his position."
