Pitty as food was good but whole experience was a let down after it took them 1.5hrs to deliver 10 meals we had ordered.

best salt and chili chips and chicken balls love that they have added it to the menu never disappointed with portioning or price

Good food but restaurant absolutely freezing and due to this food got cold too quickly, said to management but not interested and not just a one off this has been on the last 3 visits.

Good food but spent 16 quid then charged 1.40 at the counter for a small prawn crackers! Every single place locally would give you these free soo takes point out of walking round to collect locally

Phoned up for delivery was left on hold for 14 mins hung up as wasn't waiting any longer never had such a bad experience with them as I did today so had to phone another Chinese who can take people's calls and not leave them in hold for that length of time Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Frequently order from Lucky House and have never been disappointed . Best chicken curry ! I also love the chicken fried rice with curry sauce. Salt and chilli chicken wings . They have a varied menus as with every Chinese takeaway but I'm not very adventurous ! I know what I like ...and it's lovely !

telephoned to order something and said it would be 45 minutes to deliver. waited 1 hour and 15 minutes and called back to ask if it was on the way- was said it would be next to the delivery. 40 minutes later, when they did not arrive, they were called back and said they would talk to the kitchen and see if they could do it in 20 minutes. obviously it was never ordered first, and despite the request for the delay that it was made, the order was canceled after he waited almost two hours at not even so much apology much competition in kirky, so would recommend going elsewhere as I will be.
