The service was excellent, but the food was lukewarm, which was disappointing. We had to wait for our appetizers, but the dinner was enjoyable overall, even though there wasn’t a salad option available as a main dish.

The restaurant was closed and has been since December 23rd. My 50th anniversary celebration was ruined. We arrived after visiting the Sky Garden for champagne to conclude our day, even though we had confirmed our reservation the day before.

I think this restaurant is stuck in a bit of a time warp. The food and drinks list is limited, no non alcoholic drinks to speak of or non dairy alternatives. But it has a charm all of its own in a gorgeous setting. My husbands beef was very tough but my tuna niscoise was very good.
