Maialino Rosso - Speisekarte

The restaurant is a small, modern conversion of a historic building. They seemed to be serving mainly tourists. The welcome glass of Prosecco sets you up with tasty nibbles. The starter had some seasoning issues but everything else was fine. We enjoyed the meal.

we have ordered veal carpaccio , we have got ham with smth... after questioning waiter we got answer : yes you have ordered carpaccio, but we do not serving it anymore.. so we brought you a “ fesa di mandzo” it’s almost same... well.. its not professional.. would NOT recommend!!!!!!!

Incredible restaurant, personal service, delicious food as is visiting the home of a friend who happens to be a chef. *Update 2020-... Still a top notch restaurant Can't recommend enough! Small quaint little restaurant! Recommend going earlier and putting in your order as the kitchen is quick but small. Give the man a raise! One wait staff for the entire restaurant. He provided excellent suggestions. My wife and I especially enjoyed the German steak (500 grams). The waiter suggested this over the T Bone which was 1 kg! The German steak was seasoned well and cooked to perfection.

We had dinner here by chance and it was really fantastic. You can see the chefs preparing your food which is always a pleasure. There is a warm welcome with nice bread and homemade breadsticks and a complimentary glass of prosecco. The food was really delicious and the service friendly and informative. The desserts were amazing. Highly recommend this place for a good value meal and delicious food.

Mailino Rosso is a fantastic restaurant, it's small and out of the way but the service, food and atmosphere are top notch. We have been here multiple times and it never fails to deliver!. If you are a tourist visiting and want to experience real Italian food at a reasonable price.. come here. They speak enough English for you to have a great meal! Make reservations! Nel cuore di salerno abbiamo trovato questo piccolo ristorante per caso poiché dovevamo andare da l altro anche appartenenti ma era pieno, location Molto accogliente, cameriere gentile e ottimo il servizio anche se c era d aspettare un poco va bene il locale era pieno e di domenica a pranzo ci sta, antipasti buonissimi e gustosi sia il polipo e la zuppa di fagioli, primi anche buoni , secondo un poMeno poiché la tagliata di entrecote era poco teneraSicuramente ci torneremo nella nostra prossima passeggiata per salerno.

locale al centro storico (dove ci si raggiunge a piedi,) non molto visibile. in estate ci sono anche tavoli all'aperto, mentre in inverno c'è solo la camera interna con numero limitato di copertine. In periodo covido, può creare un problema con avere una stanza così piccola. Tuttavia, i piatti sono interessanti anche se il menu potrebbe essere un po' ripetitivo. buona lista dei vini. Consiglio di non mettere sul tavolo gli antipasti prima che il cliente arrivi e questo per una questione igienica. i batteri con calore si moltiplicano rapidamente. Attenzione!

Parto dagli aspetti positivi. La location ed il tonno grigliata. La location e’ molto carina . . Piccola ma romantica . . Il tonno era squisito ma per il resto un po’ una delusione. Antipasto : polpo su purea di patate polpo senza gran sapore e purea fredda. Nel complesso un piatto senza senso. Primo tubetti vongole e ceci ceci buoni ok ma vongole non pervenute. Il concetto è che da un ristorante un po’ gourmet mi aspetto quel qualcosa in più come gusto che qui nn c’è stato mi dispiace dirlo , i tubetti erano buoni ma sembrava di mangiare una bella zuppa di ceci cn la pasta in qualche sagra di paese (con tutto che io adoro le sagre quindi non sto denigrando anzi) però ripeto le vongole non s...
