the location of malcandrino is amazing, embedded in a tufo cave near lecce. beside this, eating is based on traditional taste with a sophisticated finish. we appreciate the appetizers, the pasta was in order, the actie was very good. the service is good and. the owners are ready to present and explain the teller, as well as very competent to recommend the right wein. a program of cultural events completes the picture.

Letteralmente il mio posto del cuore. Un luogo che amo definire incantato per la location, per i piatti unici e ricercati, mai uguali, ingredienti freschi dal sapore vero. Un menù basato sui prodotti di stagione e ottima scelta di vini. Naturalmente non da meno il personale gentile, preparato, educato e sorridente anche sotto la mascherina! Estate o inverno che sia…è sempre il momento giusto per per vivere una favola gastronomica !!

Cenone di fine anno: tutto perfetto! Il locale è molto suggestivo, si cena fra grandi botti, serviti da personale gentile e solerte. La cucina è raffinata e gustosa: tutto il menù preparato era concepito per deliziare sia con carne che con pesce. Notevoli gli antipasti, gambero su zucca e carciofo fritto su topinambur, eccezionali i primi, ravioli con stracotto e risotto con zucca caffè ed erborinato. Buonissimo tutto il resto. buone pietanze, gradito il 'benvenuto ', specialmente la borragine in tempura. Il menù non è molto ampio. La scelta è un pò ridotta, ma credo sia per offrire una qualità dei prodotti alta, e privilegiare la le produzioni a km 0. Le porzioni potrebbero essere più abbondanti, ma non sono nemmeno da fame. La sala è bella, si mangia in un ambiente arioso, e la presenza delle grandi botti in legno riscalda l 'atmosfera. Il servizio è sufficientemente attento e scrupoloso. Prezzi alti, in generale abbastanza n linea, ma se fossero appena appena più bassi, sarebbe top. Comunque torneremo.

Personale giovane, gentile e professionale. prezzi non a buon mercato: 4 antipasti, 4 primi, 1 secondo e 3 dolci, oltre ad una bottiglia di vino da € 28,00 e coca cola e acqua, circa € 50,00 p.p Tuttavia, sono disposti a spendere perché sono soddisfatti. Ristorante/location per eventi collocato all 'interno di un suggestivo palazzo storico. Nelle serate estive il suo cortile interno, arredato in modo rustico ed illuminato con piccole luci diffuse si trasforma in un luogo di magica convivialità. Dopo un ' entrèe decisamente non esaltante, a base di una zucchina acidula aromatizzata alla menta il sipario si apre su un ricco nonché squisito primo piatto a base di orecchiette fatte in case con una vellutata crema di zucchine e pomodorini confit. A seguire delle interessanti bombette di carne ripiene di caciocavallo e pancetta con crema di pecorino e delle morbide melenzane condite con salsa 'teriyaki '.
