We tried pretty much all the menu. We liked the prawn bao and the sesame chicken salad. We were not that impressed with the beef noodle soup or the chicken bao. Both needed more flavour. Service was quick and friendly

This is the worst meal I’ve had in a very long time: cold, bland, chewy, clearly using frozen ingredients. It is a shocker. The staff was rude and clearly here to rip you off your money and not care about the quality of the food or service.

I got food from here and this place will never ever see me again. It was outright horrendous. One of the worse places I have ever been in my life. The customer service was rude and I couldn't believe it. Avoid this place at all costs. I’ll never show my face here ever again. Speisekarte ansehen

I ordered vegetarian takeaway and chicken arrived. I called to see if they could rectify the error she was extremely rude and had no interest in helping, In the end she put the phone down on me. The rest of the order was Luke warm and bland. Very disappointing I’d stay well clear.

I ordered a drink yesterday, they run out of boba but still sent the drink without informing me that there isn’t any tapioca. I didn’t even get my money back when I told them about it today. Despite the tapioca not being included the drink was really nice. Today i went and reported the issue with no help from the lady. The drink was WATER. too much ice no flavour . Terrible . I regret it

Food was amazing, so good I order 2 extra times to try more food. I love the chicken boa really good size portion and has enough spicy and zing to it. I then tried the chicken wings wow. They were so yum and had this homemade chilli sauce. I then got the pork and prawn wonton that the waitress said is handmade and got the ribs. All of it was 10/10 Highly recommend it. This restaurant was fantastic under previous ownership. They used to make amazing dumplings. However, under new ownership, the quality has declined. We ordered wings for starters, which were average, and some dumplings that were not very good. For the main course, we had prawns in chili sauce. The prawns were good, but the rice and salad were stale and not freshly made. Overall, I would not return to this restaurant.

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from deliveroo, despite having high expectations. I ordered a prawn sriracha stir fry which arrived cold and appeared to be very small. When I poured the 'stir fry' onto the noodles, I was shocked to see that my £11 had only bought me 4 prawns and 2 small broccoli heads. The dish was extremely spicy with so much chili and sriracha that it was almost too much to handle, and I usually enjoy spicy food. Hopefully this was just a one-off bad day, but I would suggest being cautious before ordering delivery from this restaurant. Brixton Village Market is quite quiet by 8:30pm on a Sunday evening, as many of the restaurants are already closed by this time. However, Chinese restaurant Mamalan was still open and inviting with its bright lights. We decided to sit at one of the outdoor tables and placed our order. We opted to skip appetizers and went straight for the main courses. I chose the stir-fried sweet chili chicken, while my girlfriend ordered the chili prawns. My dish arrived beautifully presented on a china plate with wooden chopsticks.
