I placed an order on Just Eat and waited over 3 hours for it to arrive, but by the time it finally came, we were all asleep. I called the restaurant and returned the food, and they promised a full refund. However, they are now refusing to give Just Eat the refund. Speisekarte ansehen

Do not go here. We waited almost 3 hours for our food to be delivered, despite multiple phone calls assuring us it was on the way. We eventually cancelled our order after waiting for 3 hours and still not receiving our food. They are now refusing to give us a refund. Avoid at all costs.

The food is really good from here (they do stuffed crust pizza! , but recently it seems common for them to reject or refuse to acknowledge orders on Just Eat or take much longer than stated for delivery if you do manage to put in an order, which is disappointing because I love the food.

Ordered a pizza this evening and for some reason there was an issue so it took over an hour an a half. However they were very apologetic and sent some free stuff to make up for it. And it was a fantastic pizza when it arrived. Usually they are much faster, but on this occasion something went bad, and they showed excellent customer service to fix it. Recommended.
