"It's a real shame what's going on with this site. The location is beautiful and the facilities, on paper, too. The problem comes with the obvious lack of maintenance and investment. First of all, it will be eco-sustainable, but the photovoltaic installation is poorly dimensioned or it has faults and they are not repaired, which causes constant power outages. This is: periods without electricity, without running water (the water pump does not work without electricity , air conditioning (it is quite hot in summer . When the cuts occur, they turn on a diesel generator (take eco-sustainability! which apart from the irony that it is, causes quite a lot of noise. You go for a walk through the grove of protected trees and you listen to the generator in the background. From the rooms it seems not, but you can hear it too. Overall, the issue of energy is nonsense. Reading previous reviews it is seen that this has been the case for a long time and they do not solve it. It seems something typical of a developing country, really. The excuse of sustainability does not slip, that installation does not work correctly, there is no more. Other maintenance cleaning issues: cracked walls, swimming pool with a broken pump, cloth furniture in the pool and dining room with stains, cobwebs inside, blackening in the shower, rusty metal fixtures in the bathroom, etc... It's not that it was dirty as such, but in a 4 star hotel you expect other things. Another issue: coverage and Wi-Fi. The coverage in the hotel is very very bad, in general it is like not having it. This is not the hotel's fault of course, but there is no wifi either. There is only wifi in a corner of the reception, and it is quite bad. Bad for anything, even sending a WhatsApp. I have read some comments from the owner, I think from a year ago saying that they were going to put more repeaters to solve it. To date this has not happened. On the other hand, it is also sold as an ideal hotel for couples on some websites, or as a place of retreat and relaxation. Well, this is quite relative. In our 5 night stay, all nights we had one or even two creatures on each side of the room, with their consequent screaming, crying, etc. You also find them at the tables next to you at breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool, etc. This is not the fault of the hotel as such, but the truth is that retreat and relaxation has too little for too many times. The lunches and dinners are very good, but the breakfast is absolutely disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Toast with oil and tomato, some sausage and cheese, some fruit, a mini cake and a drink. You don't choose (only the drink , you can't have juice (from a bottle and coffee at the same time (I suppose paying more yes , every day the same... In short, it was good, but don't expect a buffet where you can choose to taste and put you to the top, nothing is further from reality. The staff is very friendly and very nice at all times, from this zero complaints. In summary: the site has a lot of potential and yet it gives every impression that the lack of investment in it is going to spoil it soon. A real shame."

el hotel es fantástico para ir con niños y pasar unos días. mucha vegetación y senderos para ir y hermosos lugares y buenas vistas desde el hotel y las habitaciones. Bonito lugar. No vamos a cenar.

Lugar para relajarse ;y disfrutar de la comida y el paisaje. Por lo que, aunque no haya wifi, en algùn punto del local hay un poco de cobertura), tienes tiempo para hacer senderismo y ver de cerca la flora y fauna del lugar.

excepcional ambiente, cuide todo en detalle. Estábamos en una comida con muy buenos amigos. los camareros muy atentos y la comida de acordes. tener una terraza exterior donde se puede tomar el aperitivo antes de entrar a comer.

como restaurante, lugar ideal, tranquilidad y calidad. por poner un pero, eres muy delgado en cantidad. precio menú tapas mini 50€ por persona, contando bebidas y pan con aceite. el lugar vale la pena, pero como digo, creo que hay una falta de eso más en términos de la cantidad de comida.

The beautiful site. The deadly experience The first night we did not sleep because of the air conditioning that you cannot regulate from the room and nobody paid attention to us to be able to turn it off. We died of cold!!! The night before going (at 1 in the morning) they told us that we had to pay more than the amount for what I had reserved because the child was older than 3 years... sorry?
