"The offering of this restaurant follows a precise idea: creating elaborate dishes mixing traditional Italian food and inventive fnding in terms of savours and textures. Execution is very careful and the food is presented in a pleasing way to the eye. Portions are small but it is not a restaurant that leaves you unsatisfied or hungry, since they are so full of flavour and a certain wow factor. A special bonus to the bread! Good choice of wines, mostly Italians. Service is attentive and reasonably quick for a restaurant that does not aim at speed in its experience. The setting, right on the dock of the new port of Ventimiglia, provides for a quiet and relaxing atmoshere (save for neighbouring restaurant 's live music on Sundays). Finally, the price: not cheap for sure, not overly expensive for the quality offered and quite less expensive than similar restaurants nearby (or in France/Monaco)."

I made this reservation for my friends. I asked you serve them surprise dessert with her name. But you served first birthday dessert on next them table. So, he thought it’s for his wife and them he took a film with his phone. But it’s not for his wife… His wife felt he asked surprise dessert for her because of he filmed the birthday dessert of his next table. It’s not perfect surprise. It’s bit pity.
