Market Place Pantry

A very nice and cosy spot right next to the market place. I really enjoyed my coffee and a cinnamon roll. Dan and Rob are the best :

The atmosphere at this restaurant is delightful, with the chefs busy working in the background, kneading dough and more. They are dog-friendly and people-friendly, serving great coffee and amazing cruffins. Speisekarte ansehen

This café is located just off the Market Square. It has quite a small interior but some good outside space. It has changed ownership since we last visited and we found it to be much improved. The owners were very pleasant and the coffee was good.

I recommend trying the morning buns or cinnamon buns as they are really delicious! The coffee is also fantastic, as it is locally roasted by hand. The restaurant opens early on Sundays at 7:30, making it a perfect stop after a run along the Avon River.

Went here on a Saturday morning for quick coffee and croissants before heading home. Staff were pleasant and friendly and the coffee was nice. Croissants were great! This is a great little cafe, lots of choice when it comes to drinks, I got there a little late in the day but they still had some lovely looking cakes. I opted for the vegan lemon cake, delicious and light. The coffee was fresh brewed and full of flavour. Great service, too. A fab place to meet friends, grab a seat outside and watch the world go by.

Decided to pop inside for refreshments. They had the most beautiful selection of teas so we sampled a dragon tea which was delicious. I also had a bite to eat and opted for a toasted sourdough sandwich filled with mushrooms. It was delicious. Reasonably priced and the staff were helpful, exceptionally efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We visited the bakery and brunch cafe and were extremely impressed with both. From the bakery, we purchased some amazing pastries including an orange and passionfruit Danish and a white chocolate caramel popcorn cruffin. They were baked perfectly and had an incredible taste. At the cafe, we ordered bacon and egg on toast, avocado and eggs, oat milk Chai latte, and Americano, all of which were cooked perfectly and delicious. We enjoyed chatting with Dan about the food options, upcoming menus, and the introduction of IPAs, Lager, and sours he is passionate about.
