It is difficult to find this place, but once you are there, you will enjoy it. Home made dishes and an excellent wine selection by the glass. A cosy country side place with genuine service and attention to details.

My boyfriend and I went for the afternoon to take a tour of the Masseria and then do a cooking class where we made pasta and other fishes fresh from the garden on site. Then we are the food we cooked at night. To say this was AMAZING would be an understatement! We had an absolutely incredible afternoon learning to cook thank you for the great day and spectacular food! What we cooked/ate: Foccacia best I've ever had Orcchiette with green beans, tomatoes and sauce UNREAL Eggplant parmasean best I've ever had Short crust pastry yummmmmmmm

Lovely place however they could not cope with the amount of tables they were serving. They charged us the wrong amount which I pointed out they also had some issues with the food supply which they did not address in the appropriate way. They were very apologetic and gave us a discount. All we asked for was to be served the food described on the menu, which did not happen. It looked to me that they were trying to bite more than they could chew. They aspire to be a sofisticate establishment, sadly their service was far from sofisticate. Such a disappointment. It spoilt our final dinner in Puglia
