"we have visited this restaurant several times for lunch on the way to our French holiday home, and we have never been disappointed, but recently they seem to have further improved. our three-course (euro 36) lunch with a delicious seafood amusement...bouche followed by a well prepared Thai garnel salad with pink grapefruit and passion. the main dish was really excellent, and very inventive; it consisted of medaillons of monks in a seasoned bark sauce (no, I don't make any sweat with sparing lasagne and fresh spade, an absolute dream with which I would have been very satisfied in a Michelin starred operation. was gloomy before another amuse beech, this time on the basis of sweet chestnut paste, like a Swiss vermicelli. the desert itself was a white chocolate mousse with orange fitting. we drank an excellent sauvignon blanc house wine, les mourrels chateau de luc from narbonne and rounded with coffee. service was efficient and friendly and the restaurant ambiente pleasant, especially on the top floor. if they drive between the Swiss or thann and the col de bussang and beyond to epinal, nancy, etc., this restaurant is opposite on the main street with parking space and is an excellent choice for lunch."

"We took some takeaway dishes (coaches to the queen and spaetzle) on Saturday noon. Super organisation for take-away orders with a specific card and especially a dedicated drive. I had never seen this for a restaurant, outside fast food chains. You go by car to a cabanon where you get your order, perfectly packed and warm. The dishes are hearty and simply delicious!! Nothing to say if it’s Thanks and Bravo! We will come back with great pleasure."

"I love this restaurant, and I haven't been there for a long time, stop with great pleasure that I found his good dishes, always so delicious! The meat is always very tender and tasteful, the Roquefort 1 tuerie sauce and the foie gras quits made home than happiness! Helas plus had room for dessert!!! But we'll be back soon! Excellent service also, up to the apprentice who was really at the top and very attentive."

"Le positif : Excellent, vraiment. Très bon. Pour la nourriture c'est très agréable. Assiette copieuse. Service convenable. Le petit bemol : Espace trop petit..... le bruit, le bruit et le bruit.... heureuse d'en sortir car c'est trop petit pour le monde qui y défile. Un poil cher, je trouve comparé à d'autres Libanais.... mais bon c'est vrai que c'était excellent, mais quand même....."
