"The food was made for delivery using the mcdonalds app, this was delivered in really good time and no issues with the delivery. The issue is that the food was cold, as in no warmth to it at all, on top of that the meals had fries missing. Tried to call the restaurant over and over but it just rings with no answer. After calling uber eats, as the issue is not with the delivery and is an issue with the food,they advised it has to be taken up with the restaurant. I never expect food to arrive hot from macdonalds but to be litrally stone cold tells me its just been made and placed on the side for far too long before the delivery driver has arrived to collect. Very bad quality of food and very poor service from an espect of being able to get in touch with the restaurant, i will call the general customer service tomorrow when the open the phone lines."

I come to this place very often and this has been a very poor experience out of them all and the floors/atmosphere was disgraceful and nobody was there to take my order and the orders of many others, I was appalled at the service as well because I had to wait 14 minutes for my 3 burgers! I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. They are quick to take your money, but when my order was delivered, half of it was missing, and the food was inedible. When I reached out to the restaurant, the manager was unhelpful and told me it wasn’t their problem and that I should contact Uber instead. It seems they don’t actually prepare the food or handle the orders; they only deliver it. Service: Delivery Meal Type: Dinner.

Food was cold, the chicken nuggets, chips, and chicken mayo sandwich tasted like rancid oil. Head office offered me meal vouchers, because obviously when something is bad you come back for more! I’d give it a zero rating if I could, the staff are terrible and the food inedible. McD’s isn’t fine dining so expectations aren’t high, but they do have decent outlets, this is definitely NOT one of them.
