Mcdonald's Cheltenham 2

OK food, friendly staff but they can never hear you from the Drive Thru because their restaurant is so busy so you end up repeating everything 3 times.

We want breakfast quick so off we go to McDonald's. Not long at the drive in. Order breakfast , as good this time as in the past, well we all have off day's

Terrible vegetarian burger (2 fingers of mush, soaked in sauce) ranks amongst the worst food I eaten, coupled with flat drinks (again) and no toys with the happy meals. ‘Steer clear of the drive thru’. Speisekarte ansehen

Got up need to go to Kingsditch into mac's for breakfast drive though all very easy good price for the meal. Ate in the car park watch Sea gull rip open a bag but no food.. Still was better than watching TV

I recently went to mcdonalds to dinner. When I came home, I was shocked to find 5 nuggets instead of 6. a star has been taken off. next I found 3 pretty burned chips. a star has been taken off. eating was either very fat. or dry. 2 stars were taken off. all in all was good now terrible jts in the age of 10

I rarely go to Macdonald's but we decided to have it as a special treat. No problem with the food but they missed out two items. Got home found out what was missing! Phoned up and spoke to the manager (Fasos? He apologised and...said to come to the front door and he'll make sure we get the items. Drove there picked up the bag drive home. Then found out that only one of the items was there. Unbelievably poor service!!! Speisekarte ansehen

I ordered two Quarter Pounders with cheese and two large fries, but the staff at the restaurant kept getting my order wrong. Despite me clarifying several times, they ended up giving me three Big Macs, three strawberry milkshakes, 10 chicken strips, and a salad I didn't even ask for. When I finally received my correct order, the fries were at the bottom of the bag, there was only a small amount of sauce, and there was no cheese on the burgers. The employees seemed incompetent and the manager was unable to handle the situation appropriately. Overall, a disappointing experience at this restaurant.

We visited a restaurant with a disabled guest who always requests mayonnaise with their meal. We politely asked to pay for a small pot of mayonnaise, as we have done at other McDonald's locations in the past. However, we were told by the chef that they were unable to accommodate this request, which was confusing to us. The disabled guest spent the remainder of the meal asking for mayo, but we were only offered a chive dip instead, which the staff mistakenly claimed was mayo. Despite this, the food was hot and the customer service was polite. The young girl who assisted us also tried to help in a respectful manner.

We recently visited this McDonald's and found that the ordering process was very busy and efficient. After placing our order on the machine, we waited with other customers for our number to be called. However, our order number disappeared from the screen so I approached a staff member to inquire. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke to was rude and lacked customer service skills. Eventually, our order was made but not called out, leading the manager to insinuate that it was our fault. We had to request a new order be made, and the manager apologized for the confusion. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the service and will not be returning to this location.
