Mcdonald's Kings Cross

The service was quite good although I found the tables a bit hard to eat on. The same with tablets. Ok, but could be better.

the worst, used the computer order, ordered a simple big mac before catching the train, despite waiting for 10 minutes and the big mac with a sticker on it claims it was simple, yp, it came with all pickles and pumpkins etc. contaminated what a. drop of time!

Stopped off here en route to a meeting at British Library. It’s a short walk from Euston and across the road from Kings Cross St Pancras so really handy. It’s very busy but there are order screens to get you sorted quickly. Tables are plenty...but not cleaned as quickly as I’d like. Good for breakfast though!

decided to enter for a coffee and was stopped at the door by a manager who stopped his hand on me. accepted, this was the control of the pay due to covid, but noted that he left an exposed person before me. two minutes are waiting to be swung. the manager swept all the time and only disturbed with a surly “Excuse me!” as I huffed and went away.

we were just a fabulous concert and we were very peckish, so we chose these mcdonalds - little we knew it was a terrible mistake. the **** cheese bites were sat! every single fry was tepid! down with the quick train for snack for the usa. we are all appalled and have absolutely no intention to ever come back. they have now lost some very valuable customers. shocking

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. No meal just the burger. Box was greasy and the food inside didn’t taste right. Bun was also hard on the bottom. I think I got really unlucky and it was just about to be chucked out as out...of time. The store was super busy so there was no point complaining. Just don’t go to the McDonald in York way. Walk 20m further and go to five guys.

visit london with the family and decided to get a mcdonald’s. I am a fast food worker myself, I know how the dinge can be on Friday nights. the service here was excellent. friendly security at the door to keep the dinge neat. ordered eating in the warehouse...screens the reception machine was clamped, but there was someone on the hand to fix it immediately and give us a reception within minutes. amazing service all around.

We arrived and we’re politely greeted and told to sit upstairs. We ordered our food and it took at reasonably good time to come. However, when we got it my chips and Apple Pie were great but when I opened up my burger it had...a unfortunate mistake. I had customized it to have three beef bits, two large tomatoes and the buns. It was covered in cheese with no tomatoes. We asked the staff to help us and they kindly did. But, then after waiting for a while, we discovered that the second burger was also the wrong order. The others around me were happy with their food but there straws weren’t very good. Thank you for everything.
