We came here three adult and 2 children, my husband and father in law both had the fish and chips and both spent the night with food poisoning

Popped in for a pub lunch. Nice sofa and decent food. It arrived fairly quickly and food was decent. Reasonably priced and location is right in middle of all attractions. Would go again.

We popped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch while we were out and about. It wasn't my first choice of where to go as it looked a bit dark inside, but the food came out quickly and tasted delicious, will be coming back again. Speisekarte ansehen

Arrived in Skegness with two hungry grandchildren. Was quiet but advertised a children's menu outside. Food was excellent. Hot, huge portions and the boys ate the lot! No complaints whatsoever. 100% value for money! Friendly staff too!

This place is not worth your time. Firstly the positives location. That’s about it really. The place is filthy. Dirty floors and tables, the food is bottom rate pub frozen food. It’s the worst place I’ve eaten at in Skegness. Avoid. Take a short walk around the corner and find something better.

Location: Perfect as in the centre of skeg next to the Embassy Staff: Pleasant but they don’t ask if”everything was ok” for a reason lol Food: Not pleasant! Partner had deep fried chicken which was the driest ever tasted. I had cottage pie tasteless and dry. We both had garden peas, which judging by the colour had been stood all day. The chips were dry and again, I would say had been stood a long time either under a lamp or been microwaved back to hot Speisekarte ansehen

We stopped here to eat as it was the first place we came to with space We weren't disappointed. Food was good, service prompt and staff were pleasant, although they could maybe pretend to be happier at work. Dad said the steak pie wasn't up to much but the rest of us had fish and chips which were lovely and a burger which was also lovely. We went back for lunch next day and drinks throughout our holiday. Cocktails seem like a bargain but glasses are tiny so didn't order more than once. Good range of beers and gins etc. Will visit again.

I came here with my husband and 3 children, 1 of which is 18. Firstly they refused to serve him alcohol without his ID even though he was eating with his parents. Secondly, the food was obviously warmed up in the microwave and my pie was stuck to the plate. The chips on my eldest son's plate where green see photo attached. The burger on my youngest son's was dripping in grease and fat. The chicken in my daughter's nuggets where slimey and ineadible, also see photo attached. A real disappointment and a trip to MacDonalds was needed to feed my children with a half decent evening meal.

I visited this place on 21st july while on a day trip to Skegness and the location was perfect, right on the sea front. The Fish Chips were lovely with a large piece of Haddock and plenty of chips. The meal was advertised with either beans, peas or mushy peas but I didnt bother having either of those as I knew I wouldnt be able to eat the lot as the plates were large. You helped yourself to cutlery and all the condiments you wanted around the corner of the bar I sat outside in the sunshine and noticed that any empty glasses or plates were cleared away very quickly, which was nice and all the staff had a curteous, pleasant manner.
