"It was our anniversary this evening. I phoned and booked the table and specifically asked for a corner table near the wall due to my hearing and disability. We were booked in at 5.30pm and plonked on the middle of the room next to the bar with people passing every 2 minutes music playing full pelt. I must add that all other tables that would have been great for us were empty for the full time we were there!! So for the whole meal I couldn't have a conversation with my husband due to the noise abd not being able to hear him. I do have to say the food was great though. About 30 minutes into the meal a baby started screaming and it went on, and on and on to the point we put the whole meal 50quids worth in a doggy bag paid for it and left. we are grand parents so we don't mind the children however this aas unacceptable) this is why we had asked to be sat where we wernt put. Overall a complete waste of money and a very upsetting end to our anniversary meal. Needless to say we won't be going again. I can't even begin to say how this has upset me. What was meant to be a nice night ended up a complete disaster"

Like being back at school wooden tables and chairs, tables not clean, restaurant prices in a pub. Slow service. We booked for 8 people. We won't be going again it use to be so nice before they changed it. Food when you get your pie it's in a deep dish which is hard to eat out of chips in wire basket, mush peas weren't nice in a small pot Speisekarte ansehen

I just wanted to thank you for the food you have provided for us to gather this Christmas. lexi helped us to place our order and was friendly and helpful. the meal was hot, plentiful and tasty we were all filled! and the bubbly was super! everything was perfect, and so a good value, we hope they do the same in this year. many thanks to you

I went to Midge Hall this week in a party of 7 for lunch. The pub was nice, it was in a nice area and it was easy to find. The food was good pub food and we all enjoyed our meals. The service wasn’t great though. We were just totally left to it. Our glasses were drank dry and we had to wait well over 1/2 an hour for our food to come. I would return, but not in a group.
