This is a beautiful café with friendly staff. I enjoyed a lovely cream tea and a delicious pitch for under five pounds. I definitely recommend this charming spot!

Go here nearly every day they always go out of their way to be helpful and will change any meal if they can and have even cooked things not on the menu. Always happy. Friendly and helpful. I can recommend the evening menu had the fish pie last week it was delicious.

I had a fantastic lunch! The lasagna was superb, and a woman at the table said her sampi was perfect. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were friendly. I also enjoyed a lovely walk by the beach. I’m so grateful for this experience, especially after being disappointed at another place. The cappuccino was excellent too!

Last night at Mike's, we enjoyed a wonderful meal and celebrated. We ordered the ribeye, and it was absolutely perfect—so delicious! We requested a dairy-free preparation, and Mike was more than happy to accommodate us. He even took the time to come to our table and prepare a homemade dressing with prawn and white wine to complement the steak. It was delightful! I can't recommend this place highly enough. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, and the staff provides excellent service.

She approached Mike's Kitchen to ask if she could use their toilet. Generally, most places are understanding and allow this without issue. Unfortunately, the front-of-house staff member was rude and loudly refused her request in front of other diners, which left her feeling embarrassed. Despite her explanation about her urgent need due to her pregnancy, he finally begrudgingly allowed her to use the toilet. I understand we weren’t dining there at the moment, but a little kindness and politeness would have gone a long way. This experience has made me certain that I will not be returning to this restaurant as a local.
