Mimmo La Bufala - Speisekarte

Had to return here again after visiting previously. The food is still as delicious as I remember. The portions are generous and the food is full of flavour.

Recently dined here on a Saturday night. Felt they tried to put as many tables in as possible as hardly much space between tables. Food was okay but meals not served at the same time and sides appeared late. Not sure if they were short staff but service sadly let them down this evening.

We got served uncooked fish at the restaurant. We were assured by the manager that it was cooked, when infact another waiter honestly revealed to us that the fish was indeed not cooking properly. The food was absolutely brilliant. My friend and I shared a few starters, a pasta dish and a pizza. The staff were extremely accommodating and you could tell they were working very hard, considering staff shortages in restaurants in London at the moment. I will 100% be returning here. Best food I have had in a while!

The food was excellent and a good selection of wines , of which we tried a few It was a birthday celebration and so all started with a cocktail to start the evening with a bang. Staff were friendly and looked after us really well and although the restaurant was busy we certainly did not feel neglected. All enjoyed the evening thoroughly and will certainly be visiting again.

We got there by chance, we were a bit hungry and we saw rhe restaurant just across the road. We approached the restaurant, one of the nicests decisions. The owner is supernice and charming, the staff is really attentive and superquick and the most important thing, the food is veery good, I lived 2 years in Italy and this is one of the best restaurants I have ever been. After being asked to move tables to accommodate other diners (which we did without fuss), we were routinely ignored. I had to get up to get the attention of staff to get menus but nobody came to take orders. When eventually they did, our drinks didn’t arrive. Again, I asked-was told “in a minute”. Still they didn’t arrive. I got up to ask again. I appreciate they were busy but we were literally ignored for over 20 minutes, at which point we decided to leave as we just couldn’t see we would ever be served.

Returned here with 3 friends after previous visits. We shared 2 pizzas to start which were beautifully cooked from the wood oven I then decided to try a special of the day- paccherri pasta with prawns and pistachio. What a delicious dish. Generous portion and well presented.My friends had sea bass with zucchini crust, orrechietti a la sofia and spaghetti with clams. Everyone was satisfied and impressed with their dishes Service was very friendly and attentive Overall fantastic food, lovely ambiance and good service

I’ve been 3x to this restaurant now, and every time the service is as bad. On most recent visit, went inside, asked for a table (after being ignored by maitre’d for 5 minutes) and was told to wait. Several waiters passed me, the maitre’d maintained her position by the till, but no table was ever given. We gave up after a further 10 minutes and left. On the previous 2 visits we did manage to get a table, but the service was incredibly slow. The waiters seem trained in the art of attending to one table and then quickly rushing indoors without passing a glance to other tables who may need help. Maybe they are understaffed, but being aware of the restaurant space and customers is the first rule... Speisekarte ansehen
