beautiful place. large and spacious and really great staff. the service time was also good. appears clean and hygienic. good value for money.

service was excellent, the meal was amazing and courtney made the experience with her amazing personality, although she was only her second day.

This is a lovely restaurant to enjoy a good meal. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the service was excellent—very polite and friendly staff. The food was delightful and served piping hot.

beautiful place and eating was fantastic. I love to make the salad bowls in harvester covid sure they tell them what they want and they add it to the bowl. even if they have a bowl with a potato salad, crumble and bacon bits...

We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be back again. The staff was absolutely lovely and the food was incredible. I know they say don't eat anything bigger than your head but the ice-cream was just to hard to say no to.

The staff and manager were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure everything met our expectations. We will certainly return because the food was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, with a fantastic variety. The only minor drawback was that the salad bar could use some improvements to make it more appealing. However, overall, our visit left us with a very positive impression.

We went here for the Brunch with Santa. There was no pressure to see him at any set time. Roxanne and the team asked if we wanted our food first or to see Father Christmas first. We decided to eat first (so as not to get the kids too excited) and we weren’t hurried along. The food was great, and the waiting staff were very attentive but not overly and so good with the kids. It’s fair to say Santa wasn’t the Hollywood version, but he was great with the children, and they were in awe. Roxanne and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely somewhere we’ll go again.

Our dining experience at Harvester got off to a rocky start as we stood at the door waiting to be seated for nearly 10 minutes, along with two other tables—one of which had a reservation. This set the tone for the inconsistent service we experienced throughout the night. At times, it was excellent (our first drinks arrived almost immediately), but other times it was lacking (we had to ask twice for salad bowls, and subsequent drink orders took a long time to arrive). As for the food, it was decent, but the price was more than double that of Hillfield Farm, which is just around the corner—and it certainly wasn’t twice as good! Because of this, I don't see us returning anytime soon.

As soon as we entered the front door the female staff (I’m sorry I forgot her name- she had brown hair) we smiled and greeted my family. Her customer service skills were exemplary; she showed patience, expectations to our orders and more importantly true personality. Throughout the meal she asked if the food was satisfactory and we were all happy with everything. We haven’t been regular to this branch of harvester, but from the service delivered I will now gladly be a patron. The only thing I can think of to improve the service; may be after every starter(s) cutlery will be replenished.
