We found this restaurant by chance on the fork app , found restaurant and decided to give it a go . We did not want a tourist restaurant and this we found was a local restaurant. Although we were the only English in the restaurant, which is what we like , the waiters did not treat us as outsiders. The food was excellent, good value for money and the staff were attentive and friendly. We will definitely return , thank you for a great lunch experience.

The food was good , nothing to complain , I’m Italian , and I work as a restaurant manager in London , but the price of the lobster was to expensive , on the menu there was write 21 .00€ , I order 1 for share with my girl , and a the and of the bill was 42€ , like if I ordered two , ok I could understand if they didn’t understand , but on a plate there was just 1 lobster , max gr 200 , so all this for say you cannot sale a lobster if maximum 200gr for 42 .00€ even you are in the center at least you need make sure the customer know the policy , how is work . I just think they take advantage of tourist .

We booked for Sunday lunch essential as we found the restaurant filled up pretty rapidly with local families and couples. A good sign! The menu is traditionally Spanish although the cooking is definitely modern. We had an excellent carpaccio of beef and a vegetable tempura to start; the vegetables were freshly and perfectly cooked with the delicacy of the batter allowing the flavours to come through. Then oxtail and hake with a seafood sauce followed by flan casero and turron icecream. The local white wine was a good value 16€ with the whole bill (including water and bread) coming in at under 80€; not cheap but excellent value.
