the morning buffet has such a wide variety of items, there is no way you go hungry. even an omlet station. the breads are fresh. the fruits and vegetables are fresh as well.

Wir haben im Hotelrestaurant zu Abend gegessen, das Essen war gut und der Service sehr schnell und freundlich. Eine Option, die wir wieder wählen würden, um in diesem Hotel zu übernachten.

We had lunch here while waiting to be transported to Basel. We both had a club sandwich and they could not be faulted. All the components were freshly prepared and we really enjoyed them. I'm still somewhat confused about the setup, but adjacent/within the main hotel restaurant is a smaller room serving Chinese foods. I could never figure out if it was an actual part of the main restaurant or not, but they had their own menu and payment was made there and not at the cashier stand of the main restaurant.The food at the Chinese was great, as well as the service and friendliness of the wait staff.

Sehr gutes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens, einfache Verbindung mit dem Zug zu jedem Ort in der Schweiz, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Sie werden während Ihres Aufenthalts gerne helfen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Badezimmer ist super sauber und bietet all die Annehmlichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit einer Vielzahl von Speisen, ich empfehle einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Mein Mann hat am Neujahrstag Geburtstag, daher habe ich einen weiteren Tisch für 4 Personen für einen Sonntagsbrunch am 2. Januar gebucht. Es war eine Überraschung für meinen Mann. Ich fragte nach Bestätigung, um sicherzugehen, dass sie an diesem Tag Brunch anbieten, da ich mir nicht sicher war wegen Covid und sie versicherten mir, dass sie es haben. Als wir ankamen, war das Restaurant fast leer und sie sagten uns, dass der Brunch abgesagt wurde. Ich sagte nichts. Alle anderen Restaurants mit Brunch waren natürlich ausgebucht. Wir haben heute im Hauptrestaurant des Mövenpick Hotels zu Mittag gegessen. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet und aufmerksam. Wir bestellten als Vorspeise einen griechischen Salat und Hähnchen, beides war frisch und lecker. Unsere Kinder bestellten das Kindermenü und waren mit 3 Gängen sehr zufrieden. Meine Frau bestellte Pad Thai und ich bestellte Massaman-Rindfleisch-Curry. Das Rindfleisch war wunderbar langsam gegart und das Curry war süß mit dezenten Kardamom- und Sternanisaromen. Wir haben unser Essen sehr genossen. Wir probieren alle Restaurants des Resorts aus und werden weitere Bewertungen schreiben, da wir mit unseren Kindern acht Nächte in einer schönen Villa verbringen. Everything started off well. We were seated promptly and our order was taken and everything seemed fine. The restaurant was not very crowded but the food took forever to arrive. All the servers seemed to be run off their feet taking orders, delivering food, clearing dishes, and taking payments. The food was good and we decided to order dessert. We asked for the dessert menus twice and eventually we received them after 25 minutes! Dessert came fairly quickly. However the wait was not the only problem. We were passing by in this area and went there for lunch. Arrived there at 11:40, all tables were empty except one. After a quick look into the menu of the day we ordered the chicken with salad and the burger with salad, as mentioned from the menu of the day, not from the full menu. 4 piece of bread and the water were served quite quick, but then the big waiting started. One salad arrived at 12:00. Then nothing happened. We saw other tables which have arrived later had got some food, so we tried to get the attention of a waiter.
