Mumbai Brasserie - Speisekarte

I placed an order at a restaurant after receiving a text message for 30% off, but they did not honor the discount. I have been trying to reach out to them, but have not received a response yet.

Be careful of your providing your mobile number. Since going I get texts from them offering deals etc and no way of an opt out. Pretty sure this isn’t in line with my rights under the DPA! Wouldn’t ever order again

The restaurant is very good on safety in the current times. Sanitiser available , all staff wore masks . Service very good.food delicious.came on Eat out to help out , busy but because of 2 floors , plenty of space. and felt safe. Very good value. And will definitely come again. Speisekarte ansehen

Very disappointing. The food is luke warm. The onion baji's are inedible. Cold, chewy and tasteless. The Naans are thin, limp and cold. Not good considering it cost nearly twice as much as we usually pay from our favourite Chinese takeaway in the town. Last time we ever order from here.

I ordered tonight and unfortunately couldn't go wrong with rice and sauce, they were just okay. The onion bhaji had raw onions that were really unpleasant. The only thing I wanted in the order turned out to be gross. I also did not enjoy the curry paste, as it wasn't properly mixed in and was powdery.

Took a chance and ordered from Mumbai Brasserie as no other restaurant/takeaway will deliver to us here due to our location. Super impressed from start to finish! Happy people with full stomachs. Lamb Korma and pilau rice was spot on. Really tasty. The Calamari starter however was not great far too dry for us unfortunately. We wouldn’t normally order calamari, so this wouldn’t stop us from becoming a regular customer! Very happy with food, service and communications received. Many thanks Speisekarte ansehen

Ordered our meal with Just Eat at 1915hrs. Food had not arrived by 2040hrs so I rang the restaurant. I discussed with a staff member and I was reassured the food had left and would be there shortly. 2050. Food not arrived, so we contacted Just Eat. We were informed via text the food would be with us at 2105: 2105hrs arrived but no food. Called the restaurant again. No answer. Tried several times with different phones to cancel our order as it had been too long but we could not get through. This is the second time we have used Mumbai Brasserie and again we were extremely disappointed. The first time was a take away which took 2 hours 45 minutes to get to us even though we live 5 minutes away from the restaurant... then to make matters worse we had to put everything in the oven before we could eat it as it was all cold. We put this experience down to a busy night etc and thought we would try dining in next time. We used to frequent Mumbai Brasserie back when it was known as Mumbai Thai. We were big fans of the restaurant and their takeout service, always our first choice for takeout. However, in the past year, our experience with their takeout service has been consistently disappointing. Despite loving the food, we have had to wait nearly 2 hours each time we placed an order, prompting us to call after an hour to inquire about our order. Each time, we were told that our order had just left the kitchen, only to find out later that it hadn't even been cooked yet.
